  I loved the old-fashioned theme of this Barbershop. Instead of quickly cutting my little brother's hair in a rush and gapping everything up, Frank really took his time to know him and perfect his trim. Other barbers had trouble keeping him still, but Frank worked with him and kept him calm throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be going to Frank's Barbershop above all other shops in Troy in the future.
